Abstract
Un modelo pedagógico, como representación del proceso educativo, orienta los procesos formativos, en correspondencia a las particularidades de cada sociedad. Es así que, el objetivo de este estudio, es plantear un modelo pedagógico para las carreras de ciencias jurídicas, que este acorde a los enfoques pedagógicos contemporáneos, a la pluralidad y al contexto post Covid-19. El diseño del modelo, se desarrolló desde la revisión bibliográfica y documental sobre los procesos formativos de las ciencias jurídicas y en particular de la Carrera de Ciencias Jurídicas de la Universidad Mayor de San Simón. De ahí que, se construyó el Modelo Pedagógico Plural, Complejo y por Competencias (PCC), para reorientar dicho proceso y mejorarlo, a partir de la integración, transdisciplinariedad, contextualización y practicidad planteadas
