La organización de los movimientos en red en el Estado Plurinacional

Abstract

De un análisis comparativo de nueve movimientos en red que tienen como medio central de coordinación al Internet y que emergen en el periodo post fundacional del Estado Plurinacional, se extraen características organizativas comunes en su estructura, formato y funcionamiento. Esos rasgos muestran un nuevo tipo de organización emergente, que es abierta y modular, que sostiene la acción colectiva, mostrando la potencia de la naciente participación individual vía redes en nuestro país.

On the basis of a comparative analysis of nine network movements which use the Internet as a central means of coordination and have emerged after the foundation of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, we identify common organizational characteristics in their structure, format and functions. These features display a new type of emergent organization, open and modular, which supports collective action and shows the nascent power of individual participation in networks in this country.
