dc.description.abstractCollaborative learning becomes an important strategy in interactive distance education that supports interaction and teamwork between participants, allowing the development of acquisition and knowledge building processes. Collaboration in Artificial Intelligence fields is performed with the help of agents, ontologies and knowledge basis. Ontologies allow defining and representing all terms used in certain domain that can be reused and shared. This research outlines an ontology, using Methontology methodology for its development, that represents a model of collaborative learning, the elements that comprise it, as well as the rules of management processes of the interaction following the guidelines of a business environment.
