dc.description.abstractThis article presents the result of the investigation realized in Icontec, commercial headquarters Bogota, where two variables were correlated: 1) Alienation and 2) Anomie, or deviant behavior, with respect to the proposed by Karl Marx, alienation, and anomie, raised by Émile, is the result of research conducted in Icontec, commercial Bogotá, where this two correlated variables are present. With respect to the four forms of alienation that Marx proposed: Alienation in relation to the product, with respect to the generation of qualities in the worker, relative to the production process and relative to others; the second was measured in three ways concerning: deviant behavior in relation to the organization in relation to customers and relative to peers.
