dc.description.abstractThis article is expressed in a familiar way and narrated around the queen bee and her daughters, humanizing the life of the hymenopteran insect, in order to interest the reader the possibility of creating a productive enterprise, despite a number of difficulties that could in the process. The exhibition stars a queen bee that privileges its product as the transformation of a sub product, in which process develops its origins, indirectly diagnoses the history of the product, the market study with supply, demand and elasticity, study the unit price , the quantity produced by the hive, the calculation of the profitability; the technical study, localization, sustainable raw material, installation of the factory, machinery, skilled labor; process of transformation of the nectar into a finished good, honey; finally values ​​the organization, logistics and efficiency in administration.
