dc.description.abstractThis conference approaches a critical analysis of ICT, and based on historical, socio-economic, educational and topical data, it aims at demystifying the myth that through information and communication technology people are more cultured and may be objectively informed; therefore they will be able to make their own free decisions. According to this analysis, it is naive, or confusing, to assert that social and knowledge problems go through the increase of information technology.
