dc.description.abstractCurrently, Cancer is the second cause of illness and mortality most relevant in theworld, with an important socio-economic component. Based on data from the GlobalCancer Observatory (GCO), the most prevalent neoplasms are mamma, colorectal,prostate, lung and stomach. Currently, the knowledge about the genetic on thistype of cancer, as well as the cellular types and the biomarkers stated by each oneof them, allows an early diagnosis, a treatment approach with a decrease in failurerate, likewise recurrency risk forecast. Stands out how the different biomarkers insome neoplasms can be a bad biomarker forecast, while in other it could impact onthe benefits for a therapeutic strategy, or not. Notwithstanding, new findings like theautocrine and endocrine through micro gallbladder and exosomes, like the floatingDNA and micro ARN, are guiding the prognosis on some of the above neoplasms.
