Abstract
El presente artículo se centra en la violencia política de género en México, especialmente en el contexto del uso de plataformas digitales. Esta problemática se manifiesta a través de diversas formas de agresión dirigidas hacia las mujeres en el ámbito político. El objetivo consiste en describir las manifestaciones de violencia política de género en entornos digitales y su impacto en la participación política femenina. Se empleó una metodología cualitativa, revisando estudios previos y recopilando información de bases de datos como Scielo, Dialnet y Google Scholar. Las dimensiones analizadas incluyen la tipología de violencia, las plataformas digitales involucradas, y las implicaciones sociales y políticas. Los resultados revelan un aumento en la violencia en línea, dirigida a mujeres políticas, lo cual afecta su seguridad y su involucramiento en procesos políticos. Se concluye que es necesario implementar políticas efectivas para mitigar este fenómeno y fomentar un entorno digital seguro.
This article focuses on gender political violence in Mexico, especially in the context of the use of digital platforms. This problem is manifested through various forms of aggression directed towards women in the political sphere. The objective is to describe the manifestations of gender political violence in digital environments and their impact on female political participation. The results reveal an increase in online violence, directed at female politicians, which affects their safety and their involvement in political processes. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement effective policies to mitigate this phenomenon and promote a safe digital environment.
