Abstract
Se presenta el caso clínico de un paciente de 8 años con Síndrome de Apert, con craneosinostosis, sindactilia en las cuatro extremidades, proptosis ocular y algunas malformaciones esqueléticas, hechos que le han provocado problemas en las áreas afectiva, cognitiva y física. Es por ello, que es derivado al (PAPH-IG), en donde se le brindo la terapia psicológica. El objetivo de este artículo es conocer la secuencia de las sesiones la terapia psicológica. El caso, tuvo la duración de 60 sesiones, distribuido en un periodo de 14 meses, cada sesión tuvo la duración de 3 horas, en donde se realizaron diferentes actividades lúdicas y motoras dirigidas a reforzar y estimular las áreas del niño.
The clinical case of an 8-year-old patient with Apert Syndrome is presented, with craniosynostosis, syndactyly in all four extremities, ocular proptosis and some skeletal malformations, events that have caused problems in the emotional, cognitive and physical areas. That is why he was referred to (PAPH- IG), where he was given psychological therapy. The objective of this article is to know the sequence of psychological therapy sessions. The case lasted 60 sessions, distributed over a period of 14 months, each session lasted 3 hours, where different recreational and motor activities were carried out aimed at reinforcing and stimulating the child's areas.
