The strategies planning to adapt the use and the conservation of the rich and diverse ecological and cultural spaces that shape Venezuela, is based on conducive public politics to reach the environmental balance. The synthesis of the big biodiversity of the country is consolidated in the National System of Areas Protegees (SNAP), that it contains spaces of strict protection and of use normado. The consumptive use of the ground bears some form of harvest; here it is foreseen that the extraction valuation(charge) does not overcome that of restoration of the resource(resort) this way to avoid its depletion; not consumptive use implies an enjoyment of contemplative type. Hence the importance of formulating public politics that face a continuous planning and strategies execution to achieve the suitable use and the conservation of the rich and diverse ecological and cultural spaces that shape Venezuela, it is an indisputable need.
