La Cultura de la Autoevaluación y el Servicio Educativo en las Instituciones Educativas de la Región Callao

Abstract

La cultura de autoevaluación como la forma de saber y hacer de toda institución educativa puede resolver las diversas problemáticas que afronta, pues al conocer sus necesidades y situaciones particulares, ésta formará parte de los mecanismos internos con los que cuenta a favor para el cumplimiento de su misión. Estas capacidades, valores, contenidos y métodos que utiliza o puede utilizar como parte de la cultura de autoevaluación tienen relación con el servicio educativo que presta. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo general; establecer qué relación existe entre la cultura de la autoevaluación y el servicio educativo en las instituciones educativas de la Policía Nacional del Perú que funcionan en la Región Callao. Los resultados indican que existe una correlación positiva entre la variable cultura de la autoevaluación y el servicio educativo. Se concluye que, las políticas de gestión educativa deben considerar la cultura de la autoevaluación en las instituciones educativas para lograr un servicio educativo que responda a su misión institucional.

The culture of self-evaluation as a way of knowing and doing of any educational institution can solve the various problems it faces, because knowing its needs and particular situations, it will be part of the internal mechanisms it has in favor of the fulfillment of its mission. These capacities, values, contents and methods that it uses or can use as part of the culture of self-evaluation are related to the educational service it provides. Therefore, the general objective of this study is to establish the relationship between the culture of self-evaluation and the educational service in the educational institutions of the National Police of Peru that operate in the Callao Region. The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between the self-evaluation culture variable and the educational service. It is concluded that educational management policies should consider the culture of self-evaluation in educational institutions in order to achieve an educational service that responds to its institutional mission.
