From the essayist genre, the notion of the body as a universal language is deepened, as well as its articulation and interaction with itself and with others (the whole and the parts), which allows for an integral vision of the person as an individual and as a society, going beyond the biological and utilitarian (reification of the human condition) to enter the field of Ethics. Thus, under the morinian conception of complex thought, an art of living is proposed, which seeks the conjunction of principles and values that lead to the hominization of the being and the conquest of a better world, in which peace, disarmament and mercy are possible as key pieces for the construction of true life.
