Ética, interculturalidad, psicología social y cultura de paz
Abstract
En este ensayo se exponen algunas de las relaciones que consideramos necesarias entre etica intercultural y educacion intercultural, para la construccion de una Cultura de Paz Activa. Se sostiene que si bien las ciencias sociales convencionales han permitido diagnosticar la presencia de una serie de conflictos interetnicos interculturales, intraculturales e intrapsiquicos presentes en Venezuela y en toda America Latina, tales como son: la autoimagen nacional negativa, el racismo, el endorracismo, el fatalismo, la desesperanza aprendida, la desheredad, el altercentrismo y otros mas, es imprescindible incorporar los conocimientos que aporta la etica y en especial la etica intercultural y la etica de genero en una convergencia de saberes de caracter interdisciplinario holistico y complejo que propicien una profundizacion en la interpretacion critica de los resultados de las nuevas investigaciones sobre esos problemas, asi como en las investigaciones y propuestas orientadas a buscar soluciones a dichos conflictos. En esta linea de trabajo se propone un dialogo intercultural, fundamentado en valores culturales y en valores eticos. Abstract Ethics and interculturality, social psycology and culture of peace In this essay I explain some of the relationships that we consider necessary between intercultural ethics and intercultural education, for the construction of an Active Culture of Peace. I argue that if the conventional social sciences have very well permitted diagnose the presence of a series of intercultural interethnic, intracultural, and intrapsychic conflicts present in Venezuela and all of Latin America, such as negative rational self-image, racism, endoracism, fatalism, learned hopelessness, disinheritance, altercentrism, and others, it is necessary to include the knowledge that ethics contributes and in particular intercultural ethics and ethics of genre in a convergence of knowing of interdisciplinary holistic and complex character that favor a deepening of the critical interpretation of the results of new research over those problems, just as in the research and proposals oriented towards finding solutions to said conflicts. In this paper, I propose an intercultural dialogue, based on cultural values and on ethical values. Key Words: Intercultural ethics, intercultural education, culture of peace, intercultural dialogue.
