El núcleo de la economía boliviana es hidrocarburos. Especialistas en el tema escudriñan en qué está el sector después de la nacionalización, analizan el entorno internacional en el que se moverá en los siguientes años, dan respuestas a las posibilidades de industrialización y comparten una mirada crítica sobre el rol y los desafíos de YPFB.
