dc.description.abstractCrime analysis has demonstrated the diffi culties certain communities have to fi t within the values, social and economic system. These organizational problems are characterized by the concentration of social disadvantage and low organizational capacities when it comes to regulating the behavior of people. This situation has led to the creation of specifi c programs aimed at controlling crime in socially disorganized neighborhoods where structural socio cultural conditions have triggered high delinquency rates.
