Abstract

The world population has increased in the number of the elderly, who pose a diversity of needs according to that stage of life. Individual aging has been present as an object of study in all stages of social development, becoming a challenge for society, relapsing into the health system to a greater or lesser degree, and affecting the family as a means or source of care; so caring involves an ethical or moral commitment towards the protection of human dignity. To such an effect one presents a review that has as intention show the perception that the familiar keeper possesses brings over of the practice of the care offered to the major adult. Observation this one, assumed in the social actions that the familiar keepers produced uncourses during the practice of the care with the major adult.
