PSICOANÁLISIS Y FUNCIÓN PATERNA: EL PARRICIDIO DEL CABO LORTIE

Abstract

El presente trabajo inicialmente cuestiona el carácter deshumanizado del crimen por parricidio presente en los montajes normativos de nuestra época. Posteriormente y siguiendo el caso del "Cabo Lortie" establecido por Pierre Legendre, se analiza la tesis de que todo homicidio es un parricidio, en tanto cualquiera que este sea atenta contra el principio de la razón y trastoca la referencia absoluta que funda la subjetividad humana. Para finalizar se examinan las coordenadas del caso bajo la lógica de función paterna.

This work initially questions the dehumanizing nature of crime of parricide present in our regulatory assemblies time. Subsequently, following the case of "Cape Lortie" established by Pierre Legendre, it's analyzed the thesis that all homicide is a parricide as whatever it is against the principle of reason and disrupts the absolute reference that founds the human subjectivity. Finally the coordinates of the event under the paternal function logic are discussed.
