dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research is to determine the importance and justification of characterizing the current human reality as the foundation of organizational knowledge management, using a fundamentally documentary methodology as well as making a synthesis of postulates and data from different sources. Concluding that the human been, its gnoseology process and its epistemological foundation, are the fundamental bases for the management of organizational knowledge because they are the unavoidable way to approach the different productive processes and human been organizational in itself as an object of understanding, knowledge and base of any innovation.
