Abstract
El trabajo tiene como finalidad argumentar la tesis de que los Derechos fundamentales consagrados en la Constitución no sólo vinculan a lospoderes públicos, sino también a los particulares, por lo que se aplicandirectamente en las relaciones de Derecho Privado, estudiándose, en particular la protección que resulta del recurso de amparo.
The aim of this paper is to argüe that the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution not only apply to the public powers but also to prívate citizens, thus they are applied directly to legal prívate contracts, with especial attention given to the role of the Constitutional Court
