Percepción del turista extranjero sobre Bolivia

Abstract

La investigación recoge información clave de turistas en las ciudades de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, La Paz, Sucre y Cochabamba, para conocer su percepción de Bolivia en temas como cultura, gobierno, población, productos de exportación, productos artesanales y lugares turísticos. Se encuestó a 270 turistas extranjeros y se entrevistó a 7 expertos en turismo nacional. Se logró identificar diferencias de percepción entre las ciudades donde la investigación se realizó. Se determinó que la percepción del turista antes de venir al país es muy diferente a la posterior a hacerlo.

The investigation collects information from tourists found in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Sucre, La Paz and Cochabamba, finding out what is their perception about Bolivian culture, government, people, exportation products, artisanal products and touristic places. 270 foreign tourists were surveyed and 7 touristic experts were interviewed. Each city were the investigation took place had different perceptions. The perception tourists had before coming to Bolivia was really different than after visiting the country.
