In this work, a comparison was made between the operational parameters estimated with the program Synchro 6.0 and measured values in the field. This involved measuring the field parameters required for the execution of the program include: geometry of the section under study, the use and number of lanes and data of traffic volumes and signals timing and configuration. Data delays and travel times were obtained traveling the stretch in the north and south directions, using a version of the technique of the test vehicle. The queue length was measured manually in the field in two ap-proaches for two intersections that belong to the section in question. Processed the data collected in the field, was simulated the current status of the arterial with Synchro 6.0 program. Then, using statistical analysis, we compared the field measured parameters with those estimated by the program and found significant discrepancies between the values of delay and travel times measured on the field and those estimated by the program, and we obtained values closer to those measured in the field to the data queue length estimated by Synchro 6.0.
