Abstract
RESUMEN: El objetivo del presente trabajo es ofrecer una visión práctica sobre el recurso de apelación en el proceso contencioso-administrativo. Para ello se incidirá en cuestiones polémicas que en muchas ocasiones por una deficiente comprensión suponen la inadmisión del recurso; por ejemplo, el escrito de interposición o la determinación de la cuantía.
ABSTRACT:The objective of the present paper is to provide a practical point of view about the appeal in the administrative litigation process.To do this, I will focus attention on the main issues in the appeal procedure, for example, the application orthe determination of the amount, among others.
