Facial adipostructure is a technique aimed at the cellular structuring and organization of facial adipose panicles based on mechanical vector stimulation. The technique has been defined by Velázco G. as follows: “Facial adipostructuring is defined as a technique aimed at to the panniculopathic reorganization of the facial fat compartments based on their structure, physiology and biomechanics, without removing them under any circumstances”. This last aspect is of vital importance, under no circumstances is cell or tissue destruction sought, but rather an entropic stimulus that allows proper organization and allows physiological organization mechanisms, avoiding the development of severe components of fibrous alteration of the tissue. In order to understand how assets can contribute to these organizational processes, the following review is presented on the mechanism of action of the different pre-established ingredients, having carried out for them an exhaustive bibliographic review on the pharmacological aspects of each of them.
