La reparación integral en el proceso penal Boliviano*

Abstract

La reparación integral es un derecho humano y fundamental que reconoce a la víctima diferentes componentes entre ellos a la restitución, la rehabilitación, la indemnización, las medidas de satisfacción y las garantías de no repetición. El presente trabajo hace referencia a dichos componentes y en el marco de la jurisprudencia internacional demuestra la necesidad de adecuar la normativa y práctica boliviana a dicho estándar internacional.

Summary The integral reparation is a human and fundamental right that recognizes to the victim different components including restitution, rehabilitation, compensation, measures of satisfaction and guarantees of non-repetition. This paper refers to these components and, in the framework of international jurisprudence, demonstrates the need to adapt the Bolivian regulations and practice to this international standard.
