TOHAC (Titanium - Oxo- Hidroxo-Atrade Cluster): Nucleación en Sistema Acuoso

Abstract

Se ha identificado la influencia de la relación molar h = [H2O]/[Titanatrano] (Titanatrano = N(CH2CH2O)3Ti- Z con Z = -TEAH2, -OR, -OH) (h = 556, 278 y 139), y de la temperatura (T = 30, 50 y 70 °C), en la cinética de formación de clusters de oxo - hidroxo - atrano de titanio (Titanium- Oxo - Hydroxo Atrane Cluster "TOHAC") en un medio acuoso. La formación de los TOHAC fue monitoreada por cambios en la medida de absorbancia versus tiempo, a una longitud de onda predefinida de λ= 450 nm. Se ha determinado los tiempos de inducción y la velocidad de formación de los "TOHAC" en función de la concentración de Titanatrano. Se calculó el parámetro cinético (α) y la energía de activación (Ea) aparente. Se propone un nuevo mecanismo de formación para los TOHAC, confirmando el rol del complejante quelante trietanolamina como agente retardador de la hidrólisis y condensación.

The molar ratio h = [H2O] / [Titanatrane] (Titanatrane = N (CH2CH2O)3Ti - Z with Z = -TEAH2,-OR, -OH) (h = 556, 278 and 139) and temperature (T = 30, 50 and 70 °C) has been evaluated in the kinetics of formation of Titanium Oxo - Hydroxo - Atrane Clusters (TOHAC) in aqueous solution. The formation of the TOHAC was monitored by UV-Vis absorption, at a predefined wavelength of λ = 450 nm. The induction time and formation ratio of the "TOHAC" have been identified. The kinetic parameter (α) and the apparent activation energy (Ea) was calculated. We defined a new formation mechanism for TOHAC confirming the role of TEAH3 as a retardant agent of hydrolysis and condensation.
