dc.description.abstractTraining should not only be seen as an obligation of the company, it is essential to analyze the impact for the growth of both the company and the employees, and an essential factor is organizational innovation, therefore, it is necessary to face resistance both of the company as well as the employees and invest in it. The main objective of the study is to analyze the influence of training as a strategy to promote organizational innovation in private sector service MSMEs; for which a non-experimental quantitative research of a transectional type was carried out; with probabilistic sampling, having a sample of 132 MSMEs. Obtaining as the main result the regression and correlation analysis that was carried out shows a positive and strong relationship between the variables analyzed, which demonstrates that training helps to promote organizational innovation in MSMEs.
