Abstract

This work develops a formal decision making methodology for determining the technical and financial viability of a third node of technological infrastructure located outside the capital of the country, like strategy of contingency for the Colombian Central Bank Operations, using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in its qualitative component, and Influence Diagrams in its quantitative component.
