dc.description.abstractThe present work deals with extra-contractual liability taking as an object of analysis a real case, a case that does not want to be reviewed by the Bolivian Government, from the perspective of responsibility, since it acquired a fault charge on an aircraft accident of a ship that He should never decorate a Bolivian airport and that, with the fateful event provoked three countries, Bolivian, Colombian and Brazilian as the main affected, since the passengers who died in the accidents are of said nationality, the work is concluded by pointing to our opinion to the culprit of the harmful event. Concepts of liability, non-contractual and objective liability, fault, fault can, intent is reviewed.
