Abstract
Introduction: many imaging techniques are expensive and can not locate reliably testicles not palpable, nor exclude their absence. Recently laparoscopy has come to constitute as effective method of identifying the presence and site testicles not palpable. Objectives: the purpose of this study is to evaluate the results and benefits of using laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment in the testicles not palpable. Method: we present a series of joint 3 years experience in our hospital with 9 patients with palpable testicles not diagnosed and treated with Laparoscopic. It examines the diagnostic tools, where ultrasound showed very useful for identifying the location of undescended testicles groin. Especially in obese patients. In general this entity creates the most left side. In nearly half were not found in a testicle and 54% are paid a orchiopexy. Conclusion: we believe that laparoscopy is the best means of diagnosing and treating these cases of non-palpable testicles. The insertion of periumbilical bartered by the open method is the safest method for introducing the camera into the abdominal cavity. Conclusion: the laparoscopic examination and treatment of non-palpable testicles is the most effective and least intrusive to locate and at the same time treat undescended testicle. Not required more surgeries.
