Competencias digitales en docentes de educación pública: Una necesidad en tiempos de COVID-19

Abstract
La pandemia por COVID-19 generó una nueva normalidad en especial a la educación; presentado dificultades con el deficiente acceso a Internet, la ausencia de planes educativos estructurados en sintonía a contenidos apropiados, y una limitante mayor docentes que no reúnen las competencias para un trabajo virtual. De acuerdo a este planteamiento, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar las competencias digitales docentes desde un aspecto reflexivo. Se realizó un artículo de reflexión, donde se seleccionó el tema relevante y personal acerca de la problemática observada de las competencias docentes en tiempo de pandemia, se realizó un proceso de investigación y recopilación información: donde se desarrolló la etapa de selección de información y recolección de artículos científicos. Se estructuró el artículo en introducción, que presentó el tema, el desarrollo exploró las reflexiones y la conclusión resume las ideas principales generadas de la reflexión. Se concluye que es ineludible el dominio de las competencias digitales para asegurar el éxito de la enseñanza virtual.
The COVID-19 pandemic generated a new normality, especially in education; it presented difficulties with the deficient access to Internet, the absence of structured educational plans in tune with appropriate contents, and a major limitation for teachers who do not have the competences for a virtual work. According to this approach, the objective of this study is to analyze teachers' digital competences from a reflective aspect. A reflective article was made, where the relevant and personal topic was selected about the observed problem of teaching competences in times of pandemic, a research and information gathering process was carried out: where the stage of information selection and gathering of scientific articles was developed. The article was structured as an introduction, which presented the topic, the development explored the reflections and the conclusion summarizes the main ideas generated from the reflection. It is concluded that the mastery of digital competences is inescapable to ensure the success of e-learning.
