Se pretende conocer los elementos fundamentales del servicio notarial, desde la necesidad de ampliar el campo para el desempeño laboral y la necesidad de interactuar en sede notarial como parte del trabajo notarial, se ve la necesidad del estudio de la formación jurídica y académica del Notario de fe pública dentro de la Carrera Notarial, encaminadas al mejor desempeño del servicio notarial.
