Abstract

Globalization has opened markets and competition has been intensified making technologies playing a key role in competitiveness. This study pretend to propose how to attain access to based technology enterprise solutions for Colombian's small and medium companies, making emphasis in flower cutting cluster. These solutions should be world-wide class, focus on increase efficiency, productivity, quality and also reasonable cost.
