Trabajo colaborativo y actitud emprendedora en la escuela durante la pandemia del COVID-19

Abstract

En las escuelas es importante promover en los estudiantes actitudes que les permitan mejorar sus condiciones económicas a futuro, en los cuales ellos frente a situaciones adversas como fue la emergencia sanitaria, tomen riesgos y asuman actitudes resilentes. El objetivo de estudio fue establecer la incidencia entre el trabajo colaborativo y la actitud emprendedora en la escuela durante la pandemia del COVID-19. la metodología empleada fue de enfoque cuantitativo con diseño correlación causal, se aplicaron dos cuestionarios en escala de Likerte a una muestra de 151 estudiantes de educación secundaria. Los resultados del procesamiento estadístico mediante el modelo de regresión logística y coeficiente de Nagelkerke evidenciaron que el modelo de las dimensiones en la variable independiente trabajo colaborativo explican al 78,1% a la variable actitud emprendedora, estos datos permitieron concluir que, el trabajo colaborativo incide en la actitud emprendedora durante la pandemia del COVID-19

In schools it is important to promote in students attitudes that allow them to improve their economic conditions in the future, in which they take risks and assume resilient attitudes in the face of adverse situations such as the health emergency. The objective of the study was to establish the incidence between collaborative work and the entrepreneurial attitude at school during the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used was a quantitative approach with a causal correlation design; two Likert scale questionnaires were applied to a sample of 151 high school students. The results of the statistical processing by means of the logistic regression model and Nagelkerke coefficient showed that the model of the dimensions in the independent variable collaborative work explained 78.1% of the entrepreneurial attitude variable, these data allowed concluding that collaborative work has an impact on the entrepreneurial attitude during the COVID-19 pandemic.
