Abstract
El presente trabajo se apoya en los mitos jurídicos modernos identificados por Paolo Grossi para reflexionar sobre los mitos constitucionales que evidencian vestigios de la modernidad. Se comienza con la premisa de la filosofía crítica para posteriormente estudiar el mito jurídico, luego se especula sobre los mitos constitucionales en Bolivia. La finalidad es contar con una perspectiva crítica de la perspectiva social sobre la Constitución y la ley, además de fundamentar el trato distinto que merece la Constitución como fuente del derecho, su interpretación y la argumentación que requiere
The present work is based on the modern legal myths identified by Paolo Grossi to reflect on the constitutional myths that show vestiges of modernity. It begins with the premise of critical philosophy, to later study the legal myth, then speculate on constitutional myths in Bolivia. The purpose is to have a critical perspective of the social perceptión of the Constitution and law, in addition to substantiating the different treatment that the Constitution deserves as a source of law, its interpretation and the argumentation it requires
