Abstract

La investigación es del tipo exploratorio y propositiva, debido a que el tema objeto de estudio es nuevo y existe poca información al respecto, en el desarrollo de la tesis, por efecto de la información estadística de los presupuestos generales del Estado, de las gestiones 2009 al 2018, doctrina y normativa analizada, se pudo demostrar el bajo nivel presupuestario que recibe el órgano Judicial del Tesoro General de la Nación | The research is exploratory and purposeful, due to the fact that the subject under study is new and there is little information in this regard, in the development of the thesis, due to the statistical information of the general State budgets, of the 2009 efforts.
