Abstract
Resumen: En el presente artículo vamos a analizar una de las importantes reformas introducidas por la nueva Ley 4 1/2015, de 5 de octubre,de modificación de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal para la agilización de la justicia penal y el fortalecimiento de las garantías procesales, la incorporación del denominado "proceso por aceptación de decreto" que reúne las características propias de un proceso monitorio, pero ahora en el orden penal.
Abstract: This papers aims to analyse one of the important reforms introduced by the new Law 41/2015, of 5 October, that modifies the Criminal Procedure Lawfor the streamlining of the criminal justice and the strengthening of the guarantees in the criminal procedure. This reform is the incorporation of the so-called "consent decree procedure" that meets the requirements and characteristics of the order for payment procedure, but now in the criminal order.
