During pregnancy, women undergo several physiological changes that allow her body to adapt to the growth and development of the product of conception. The cardiovascular changes are, in many respects, the most radical ones suffered by the mother, and If the pregnant woman also has a congenital heart disease, the scenario can become more complex. The double outlet right ventricle is considered a rare but important cardiopathy due to its hemodynamic consequences, where both the pulmonary artery and the aorta are born from the right ventricle. It usually coexists in turn with other alterations such as pulmonary stenosis and VSD. In the present case, a 21-year-old pregnant woman, first gestation, who is known for having the previously mentioned cardiopathy, is managed, her case is handled and the end of pregnancy is reached without complications. However, there is a need to address the literature to establish the proper management Of any case involving pregnant women suffering from a heart disease, correct errors and update the medical community in general on the right conduct towards similar scenarios.
