Abstract

En la legislación adjetiva civil se pone de manifiesto la necesidad del estudio y análisis de la realización forzosa de bienes inmuebles embargados, que adolece de ciertos defectos a ser considerados. Esta investigación científica comprende precedentes tanto de la legislación comparada, como nacional para su tratamiento, por lo que se pretende contribuir en la investigación jurídica a objeto de obtener mayores parámetros en la determinación de su estudio. Tomando en cuenta la existencia de elementos doctrinales, de la venta judicial y del instituto de la oposición al desapoderamiento que van a ir conformando la investigación.
