| dc.description.abstract | El retorno a las aulas por disposición del Ministerio de Educación de Perú, fue una situación desafiante de acciones programadas y consensuadas para permitirá que los estudiantes regresen a clase, de forma flexible y progresiva, siendo un reto desde la gestión administrativa impulsar los protocolos requeridos. Se formuló como objetivo de estudio, describir la gestión administrativa en la escuela durante la reapertura post pandemia. La metodología la revisión bibliográfica descriptiva con 10 artículos, la consulta de la literatura académica permitió concluir que, desde la gestión administrativa se debió tener una adecuada comunicación para coordinar acciones de retorno y dar tranquilidad a la comunidad educativa que las escuelas fueron lugares seguros donde se cumplieron protocolos para mitigar el avance del COVID-19. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The return to classrooms by the Ministry of Education of Peru was a challenging situation of programmed and agreed actions to allow students to return to class, in a flexible and progressive way, being a challenge from the administrative management to promote the required protocols. The objective of the study was to describe the administrative management of the school during the post-pandemic reopening. The methodology was a descriptive bibliographic review with 10 articles, the consultation of the academic literature allowed us to conclude that the administrative management should have had adequate communication to coordinate return actions and reassure the educational community that the schools were safe places where protocols to mitigate the advance of COVID-19 were complied with. | en |
