| dc.description.abstract | El clima organizacional y el desempeño docente son indispensables en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje para lograr objetivos en común. El propósito del estudio fue determinar la influencia del clima organizacional y el desempeño docente en una UGEL de Lima Metropolitana. El estudio presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. El instrumento tiene una escala tipo Likert, el clima organizacional, se adaptó del estudio de Hancco (2021), Asimismo el instrumento de desempeño docente se adaptó de la investigación de Aguirre (2021), se realizó la validez y confiabilidad. La muestra fue de 250 docentes y se realizó el análisis de correlación con el programa IBM-SPSS vs 27. Concluyo que la correlación es alta entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño docente, cuyo valor p = 0,000 < 0,05, lo que indica una correlación moderada de 0.686, altamente significativo. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Organizational climate and teacher performance are indispensable in the teaching and learning process to achieve common objectives. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of organizational climate and teaching performance in a UGEL in Metropolitan Lima. The study presents a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. The instrument has a Likert-type scale, the organizational climate was adapted from the study of Hancco (2021), likewise the instrument of teacher performance was adapted from the research of Aguirre (2021), validity and reliability were carried out. The sample was 250 teachers and the correlation analysis was performed with the IBM-SPSS vs. 27 program. It was concluded that the correlation is high between organizational climate and teacher performance, whose p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a moderate correlation of 0.686, highly significant. | en |
