dc.description.abstractThe process of sodium fluorosilicate production by continuation method in Three Circles Company of Yuntianhua International Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.In view of the existing problems,including the lower yield than the design capacity,yellow and green of product color,and easy caking etc.,the technical transformation are carried out with the harrow of thickener,the component of synthesis slot,feeding modes,washing system,drying system and adding the surfactants etc.After improvements,the quality of product is improved,consumption is reduced,the sodium fluorosilicate yield is 120 t / d(design value of 116.7 t / d),in 2008 the output value is 54.14 million RMB Yuan,the sales income is 54.04 million RMB Yuan,with good economic benefit.
