| dc.description.abstract | El contexto originado por la pandemia y el confinamiento por COVID-19 ha implicado la transformación de los espacios de trabajo, ya que muchos profesionales tuvieron que ejercer su jornada desde su hogar, así, la labor docente afrontó una serie de desafíos como la procrastinación laboral. Por lo cual, el objetivo de la indagación es determina la procrastinación laboral en los docentes y su repercusión en el desempeño docente. De ahí que, la metodología empleada está basada en una revisión sistemática respaldada por el Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), a causa de su aplicación se lograron obtener 6 documentos de bases de datos como Scielo, Dialnet, Scopus, Redib, Redalyc, ScienceDirect y Web of Science. Finalmente, se concluyó que la procrastinación laboral en docentes, durante el confinamiento, ha sido patente, afectando el desempeño laboral y vida profesional en los profesores. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The context originated by the pandemic and the COVID-19 confinement has implied the transformation of work spaces, since many professionals had to work from home, thus, the teaching work faced a series of challenges such as work procrastination. Therefore, the objective of the research is to determine procrastination in teachers and its impact on teaching performance. Hence, the methodology used is based on a systematic review supported by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), because of its application, 6 documents were obtained from databases such as Scielo, Dialnet, Scopus, Redib, Redalyc, ScienceDirect and Web of Science.
