Estudio doctrinal sobre los alcances de la responsabilidad del juez de otorgar impulso procesal previsto en el artículo 2 del Código Procesal Civil (Ley Nº 439) en la búsqueda de celeridad en el avance y finalización del proceso judicial

Abstract

El trabajo versa sobre la tarea asignada al juez de encausar el impulso procesal como una responsabilidad en la administración de justicia, buscando delimitar teóricamente la responsabilidad del juez y analizar las tareas de las partes de un proceso judicial en conexitud con el principio de celeridad.<br /> Para ello estudiamos la naturaleza jurídica del impulso procesal, definición y el papel de las partes que intervienen en el proceso judicial, así como el alcance de su intervención en las actuaciones procesales | The work deals with the task assigned to the judge to prosecute the procedural impulse as a responsibility in the administration of justice, seeking to delimit theoretically the responsibility of the judge and analyze the tasks of the parties of a judicial process in connection with the principle of celerity.<br /> For this we study the legal nature of the procedural impulse, definition and role of the parties involved in the judicial process, as well as the scope of their intervention in the procedural proceedings. | Capítulo 1.
