In this article, a historical exploration was made of the background of the thirty rights that were embodied in 1948 in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, signed by the UN to generate reflections on its effective applicability and for the fulfillment of the purposes of the statement. A documentary review of authors was carried out between 2017 and 2022 to analyze from different perspectives the causes and consequences of world wars, and the value of international instruments created for the protection of these rights. Each of the thirty rights was exemplified to show how all the world's phenomena are interconnected, that nothing is isolated, and that everything produces an impact.
