In the context of a project to restore the fortress Hârșova (Constanța County), in 2020 archaeological research was carried out in the “Small Precinct” area. This work is a preliminary study of the Byzantine ceramics discovered on this occasion, present in the inventory of some dwellings or in the layer. Chronologically, the pottery belongs to the end of the 10th century, but mostly to the 11th century.
