El joven en las noticias televisivas paceñas

Abstract

Esta investigación se concentra en el discurso informativo y la generación de constructos para la representación del sujeto joven en la televisión paceña. El estudio muestra la representación audiovisual del joven en los noticieros televisivos de las redes ATB, UNITEL, TVB y UNO TV, emitidos en la ciudad de La Paz, Bolivia. Se abordó el fenómeno desde una metodológica mixta. Desde lo cuantitativo, se reveló que la presencia de los jóvenes en las pantallas de televisión es mínima, con una tendencia de aparición en sucesos policiales, de seguridad y de entretenimiento. Desde lo cualitativo, se pudo establecer los modos de enunciación del sujeto en los temas en que figura como protagonista o fuente de información.

This research focuses on informative speech and meanings to represent the young person on TV. The study shows the visual representation of the young on the TV news at ATB, Unitel, TVB and UNO TV networks, channels of La Paz city, Bolivia. The study object was read from a mixed methodology. The quantitative analysis revealed that the presence of young people in the televisión screen is least, with a trend to appear in police, security and entertainment events. The qualitative research established modes of enunciation of the subject as protagonist or information source.
