La posición constitucional del poder judicial

Abstract

In the Rule of Law, the Judiciary Power is at the same level than the Legislature and the Executive Powers. This is achieved by means of its independency. This article explains this from a doctrinal point of view and applies the analysis of the regulation on this matter in the Constitution of Bolivia of 2009.
