La Exvinculación en las zonas de serranía de Cochabamba (1870-1905)

Abstract

El presente trabajo es un intento de identificar cuáles fueron los principales efectos y situaciones que se dieron en las zonas altas de Tapacarí, a raíz de la dictación de la ley de Exvinculación de septiembre de 1874. Se considera que el presente análisis es parcial, fundamentalmente porque únicamente se tuvo acceso a libros de Revisitas y libros de Exvinculación, y no así a libros de Ventas de Tierras y a los del Censo de propiedades, que habrían provisto a la investigación de datos que reflejen a mayor cabalidad de tema estudiado. Sin embargo, se considera que es posible a través de inferencias, configurar la situación que se presentó particularmente en el Cantón Tapacarí. CLASIFICACIÓN JEL: N00, N56.

The present work is an attempt to identify what were the main effects and situations that occurred in the highlands of Tapacarí, as a result of the enactment of the Exvinculation Law of September 1874. It is considered that the present analysis is partial, fundamentally because we only had access to books of Revisits and books of Exvinculation, and not to books of Land Sales and those of the Census of properties, which would have provided the research with data that reflect more fully the subject studied.
