Abstract
En este trabajo se muestra el aislamiento de un fructuooligosacarido (a-D-Glcp-(1→2)-[b-D-Fruf-(2→1)- b -D-Frucf]n- b -D-Fruf) y el manitol en forma de mezcla de la especie vegetal Smallanthus sonchifolia, las estructuras moleculares fueron realizadas por comparación bibliografica de RMN-13C
