Abstract
Se considera los diferentes modelos de explicación del mercado de trabajo mostrando las contribuciones de desde Adam Smith a la fecha; se analiza las consideraciones modernas mas importantes que explican la inflexibilidad de salarios y el valor de las instituciones en la determinación de salarios y empleo, finalmente se analiza la manera en que la gestión de recursos humanos y las decisiones empresariales llevan a determinar salarios y empleo que hacen el comportamiento de los agentes empleadores y empleados, y las variables empleo y salarios.
The different models of explanation of the labor market, that show contributions from Adam Smith to present, are considered. The most important modern considerations, which explain the inflexibility of wages and the value of institutions in determining wages and employment, as well as how human resource management and business decisions determine wages and employment that make the behavior of employers and employees, agents, and employment and wage variables, are analyzed.
